Job Description

As a Lead Management Executive, you will be responsible for effectively managing and nurturing leads to drive conversion and revenue growth for the company. You will play a pivotal role in the sales and marketing pipeline by ensuring that leads are properly qualified, engaged, and moved through the sales funnel efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to generate high-quality leads through various channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Assess and qualify leads to determine their suitability for the company's products or services based on established criteria.
  • Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to engage and educate leads, keeping them informed about the company's offerings and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases, including lead contact information, interactions, and relevant details.
  • Monitor and track the progress of leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and minimizing lead drop-offs.
  • Communicate with leads via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to build relationships and move them towards conversion.
  • Generate regular reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of lead management strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in lead generation, lead management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting .
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
