Founding members of SalVentureTech have 14+ years of Automation & IoT experience and 12 years of data engineering and management experience for various organizations in US. Co-Founded by an Ex-Googler, co-managed by an Ex-Universal and lead by the strong team we have, our mission is to strive to be the leading IIoT service providers worldwide !!

Quality Management

We are an ISO certified venture and actively practice quality management in order to ensure product quality, meet customer requirements, identify errors early in the development process and initiate their swift elimination. We use metrics and statistical methods to record and improve quality and to get better – day by day.

Leadership Team

Parag

Parag, Founder & CEO of SalVentureTech, brings a wealth of expertise to the company's mission of building high-quality, cost-effective IIoT services for global markets. An Ex-Google with Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California coupled with 14+ years of strong industry experience is perfectly equipped to take SalVentureTech to new heights never seen before. He's a proud father of 2 kids and loves being outdoors while away from his desk.

Gauuri

Gauuri is the COO of SalVentureTech. She did her MBA from San Jose and has 16 years of management and operations experience while working at multinationals like Universal Music Group, Kaiser Permanente, among various others. She's the Michelin star every organization would be proud to have, oh and she loves cooking!

Hrishikesh

Hrishikesh heads our Controls Engineering solutions and services. His 8+ years of industry experience and Ignition 8.1 gold certification, ensures a top-tier solution tailored to meet and exceed client expectations.

Hrishikesh is particularly passionate about driving innovation to the industrial automation landscape and we mean it! He loves doing Calligraphy in his free hours.

Pratik

Pratik leads our Full Stack Development initiatives with a strong focus on building scalable and efficient backend systems. With 6+ years of industry experience across FinTech, Gaming, Entertainment, and ERP solutions.

Pratik is highly passionate about coding and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while effectively managing development teams and project execution. Beyond work, he believes in maintaining an active lifestyle and enjoys fitness training and swimming in his free time.

Sakshi

Sakshi manages our Human Resources operations with a people-first approach and a strong focus on employee engagement and organisational growth. Her varied experience has further enhanced her interpersonal and people management abilities.

Sakshi is particularly passionate about anchoring and employee engagement, bringing confidence and energy into every workplace initiative. Outside of work, she enjoys creative handwriting.
